Seat Bid Object
There can be multiple bids within the Seat Bid object for two reasons:
There can be several slots in each bid request.
There can be more than one bid for a single slot.
Bids belonging to the same seat must be in the same seatbid.bid array, i.e. all seatbid.seat values must be unique per response.
