Welcome to Criteo Commerce Grid!

To access the Commerce Grid UI, a Criteo admin creates an account for you.

You will receive an e-mail with a link to activate your account and set your password. Once you have completed registration and activated your account, you can access the Commerce Grid UI with your credentials.

After your service team confirms you can access the UI, you will receive a welcome email. The email, titled "Welcome to Commerce Grid", contains instructions for you to reset your password, as well as a link to the UI for your to bookmark (commercegrid.criteo.com)

Remember to check your spam folder if you can’t find the welcome email in your inbox. Your service team can resend the email if you cannot locate it.

Getting Started

After you've gained access to the platform, complete your kick-off call with your service team, and had a chance to look around the UI, it's time to connect your inventory to Commerce Grid!

If you already have access to uSlicer or other IPONWEB services:

If you already have access to u-Slicer or any other IPONWEB service, you'll need your service team to confirm you were granted access to the Publisher UI. In this case, you won’t receive a login email through the above process. Upon confirmation, please visit https://commercegrid.criteo.com and use the same login credentials you use for u-Slicer or any other IPONWEB-based services.

If you can’t see Publisher Info in the UI

If you followed all log-in instructions but can’t access the Publisher UI and all you can see is our authentication service console, please try to use exactly this link: https://pub.themediagrid.com. You should be authorized correctly.
